Brenda Barker practices at our Casper Location. For most of Brenda Barker’s career, she has spent time at the hospital in the critical care unit, the ER, and the ICU. She started her practice in pain management years ago at another clinic and joined us in 2021.  Brenda has extensive accomplishments which include, but is not limited to: Board Certified ER Nurse, Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner, and Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.  She is a member of AANP and Wyoming State Board of Nursing. She has also received her education and degrees from: ADN Casper College, BSN, MSN, and FNP from Chamberlain University in Chicago. While not at work, Brenda enjoys fly fishing, camping, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, volunteering, and is an active member of her church.

Marie Bohrer, APRN was born in Laramie, WY but has spent the last half of her childhood moving all over the nation.  From Wisconsin, to Texas, to Southern Utah. She has been in nursing and health care for over 20 years. Best of all, she enjoys being a nurse practitioner. Marie feels that being a nurse practitioner allows her to connect with her patients. As a Pain Management specialist, she can work with patients toward alleviating and controlling their pain. When she’s not busy taking care of patients, Marie is busy doing “mom things”. With any selection of her 10 kids, watching football, camping, or probably even just hanging out at home with her 2 dogs and 17 chickens are some of her favorite things to do in the world

Kelly Plessman FNP is a Pain Management Provider in Laramie, WY received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming in 1990.  She also received her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2014 to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelly is a board certified and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her work experience includes family practice, acute medical care of psychiatric patients and subacute care.  Kelly has joined Pain Care Centers team of pain management providers and offer chronic pain management therapies to her patients in Wyoming.
Christina Laird-Rogers, FNP
Christina Laird-Rogers, APRN, after a decade of nursing in nearly all hospital environments completed her Master’s of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020. She is board certified from American Association of Nurse Practitioners AANP, FNP-C in 2020. Christina has served the great people of Wyoming for 10 years at Banner Health and Sage West HealthCare and is now exercising the talents and empathy she learned through nursing as a medical provider for Pain Care Centers. She is home grown, being born and raised in rural Wyoming, which of course means she absolutely loves spending her spare time in the mountains, riding horses and snowmobiling in the winter. She especially loves her beautiful family property that sits atop the Bighorns.

Sharlotte Shore is a Southern Texas cowgirl that has a long time passion for helping people be the best that they can be. She graduated from the University of Texas with a BSN in nursing. She has over twenty years of experience in surgery, specializing in orthopedic spine surgery. She spent 5 years specializing in cervical and lumbar spinal implants. She received a certification from Northern New Mexico College as a Registered Nurse First Assist for surgeons. She graduated from Maryville University with her Advanced Practice Nursing Degree. Her next goal is to give her patients the education, knowledge and self confidence to make their life what they want it to be. She also enjoys being outdoors, loves animals and adventure!

Mandy Jarvis, APRN, MPH
Mandy Jarvis completed her bachelor degree in nursing with a minor in chemistry at the University of Utah. She went on to Johns Hopkins University where she completed two master degrees in public health. She returned to Utah after graduating and met her husband. Her husband has been acting as the caregiver of their children, enabling Mandy to return to school for the third time and become a nurse practitioner after working as a nurse for 15 years. Mandy has been experimenting for the last couple of years with making her own skin and hair care products and is now in the process of putting together her own skin care line. She has a holistic philosophy of addressing the nutritional and emotional components that contribute to the development of chronic diseases and pain.

Elohor (Tess) Muagba received her BSN from the Notre Dame of Maryland University School of Nursing. She completed her Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Program at the Catholic University of America Conway School of Nursing. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Ms Muagba has background in critical care, rehabilitation and geriatric nursing. She is originally from Nigeria. She is passionate about educating patients on lifestyle modifications that can positively impact quality of life.

Dr. Robert Campbell practices in our Lander, Rock Springs, & Casper locations. He grew up in rural Pennsylvania where he attended Westminster College on a baseball scholarship and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology. He attended Ross University School of Medicine where he excelled and went on to do an internship in Internal Medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. He then attended the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he specialized in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. As a Physiatrist, he specializes in a wide variety of medical conditions including traumatic brain injury, acute and chronic spinal cord injury, disorders affecting the nerves, muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments, central and peripheral nervous system disorders, amputations, orthotics, electro-diagnostic testing, acute and chronic pain management including interventional procedures. His goal as a Physiatrist was to help patients recover their functional wellbeing and to return to a healthy and functional life. Dr. Robert Campbell, as an interventional pain management doctor, his goals are still the same; however, the modalities by which he utilizes are different now. The procedures include injections, spinal cord stimulators, and other advanced treatment options.

“Dr. Shay has been in practice for more than 27 years. He arrived in the US in 1978 from Iran with little knowledge of the English language. He then completed his undergraduate training in the field of electrical engineering at the University of Houston graduating in 1982. While working as an engineer, he had the experience of taking a friend to an ER for a visit. There he realized his passion was in taking care of people. He then enrolled in the Medicine program at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas from 1986 to 1990. This was followed by the anesthesiology residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas graduating in 1995. Dr. Shay has developed multiple successful pain management programs throughout his career. Dr. Shay takes pride in providing education and training to the mid level providers so that they can provide compassionate, comprehensive pain management therapies and treatment of Opioid Use Disorder in rural communities of the beautiful state of Wyoming. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology, American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners.”

Jill Bass, APRN is has a diverse background in emergency and critical care, palliative, hospice and pain management. She is a graduate of University of New Mexico in Nursing in 1996 and a Graduate in Advance Nurse Practice from the University of Colorado in 2012. She is Actively involved in Wyoming Council of Advanced Practice Nurse (WCAPN). Jill is excited about being able to provide pain management treatment options for her patients in Evanston, WY.

Jenny was raised in Casper, Wyoming from a young age. She graduated from Casper College and UW/CC. Later, she attended the University of Southern California and graduated top of her class with a Master of Physician Assistant Practice. Jenny is a board-certified NCCPA member. She has worked in several fields of medicine since her matriculation in 2009. She has previously worked in internal medicine, gastroenterology, pain management and urgent care prior to joining the Pain Care Centers team. She is a member of the Wyoming Association of Physician Assistants and has previously worked on the membership committee. Jenny is excited to join the Pain Care Centers team of providers, providing quality care for chronic pain management in Wyoming.
