What insurances do we accept?

Most of them! Chances are we accept your insurance carrier. Just ask a member of our billing department if you would like clarification.
Is a Urine Drug Screen required?

Yes! All visits require a Urine Drug Screening.
Do I need a referral to be seen?

No! You do not need a referral to be seen at Pain Care Centers. We will however, need to obtain your medical records prior to your first appointment. The quickest way is to have your medical records faxed to us. Please contact our new patient coordination team for more information.
There is a problem with my medication, how do I get in touch?

Please send a message directly to your provider via the secure online patient portal. Additionally, you may chat with us on this website. If it is after hours, then we will try to reach out to your provider
What Information do I need to bring or send to Pain Care Centers for my first appointment?

We will need to obtain your demographic information, previous office visit notes, and imaging reports. This information will help us verify your insurance benefits and help to establish medical necessity during your first office visit with us.
